  • Right to restriction of processing - you have the right to request JohnCube Sp. z o.o. to restrict the processing of your personal data, inter alia, if you question the correctness of your personal data or if you have objected to the processing - until such time as it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the controller override the grounds for the objection.
  • Right to request not to be subject to an automated decision - if we have made a decision about you based entirely on an automated process and the decision has legal consequences or otherwise affects you, you can request that such decision be reviewed on a new and individual assessment basis. This applies if we cannot prove that the automated decision is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract between you and us.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that we are processing your personal data in a way that is incompatible with the applicable legislation in this area.
