Information Clause

  1. The administrator of the personal data provided in the contact form is JohnCube Sp. z o.o. located in Sw. Jozefa 13, 44-200 Rybnik, Poland.
  2. In all matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact the company via e-mail address: support@johncube.pl or in writing to the address indicated above.
  3. The data will be processed for contact purposes in order to prepare a response to the submitted application. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of JohnCube Sp. z o.o. referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR), consisting in ensuring the provision of answers to incoming requests.
  4. The data will be stored for 1 year from the moment of replying to the submitted application.
  5. The data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of JohnCube Sp. z o.o., including entities operating IT systems, entities running external documentation archives, however, such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with JohnCube Sp. z o.o. exclusively in accordance with its instructions.
  6. Each person has the right to access their data, to demand their rectification, erasure and restriction of data processing, as well as to object to the processing of their data.

  8. Each person also has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  9. Providing personal data is voluntary. In case of failure to provide personal data, processing of the application will not be possible.
